The eDisclosure™ application is your online solution to quickly and easily submit your Form 700 electronically and is available in the privacy of your own secured filing area, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Please sign in using your DGS Single Sign On by pressing the Sign in using your DGS Credentials button. If you are unable to sign in this way, contact Form700@dgs.ca.gov for assistance.
